Gail Pan has offered a Christmas Wish BOM over at her sight. This is the first block. I really enjoyed stitching it; in fact I'm getting really into this hand-embroidery. I haven't added the borders yet. I think I'm going to wait until I complete the blocks and then decide the border fabrics. Check out my side bar and click on the Christmas Wish BOM for more details so you can join the fun.

This is VERY pretty...you did a terrific job with it. I love hand-work myself and find lately I'm doing mostly that and very little machine work (but I have LOTS of machine work that NEEDS to be done).
Your block is lovely. I have been seeing this block on many blog sites. Up until now I have not done anything about it, but last night, I finally printed it up.
I saw this on my other friend's blog. I can't sew much at all, but maybe my daughter would be interested. I'll show her and find out :)
You do lovely work Kathy :)
