ot pad/trivet thingy that I made recently. The Wacky Pac Group was retreating a few months back at the Compass Centre and one of the attendees was making these and shared the pattern. Our Wacky, Annale, challenged all of us to make one. Her is mine. It is really easy once you read thru the directions. Who knows, I may have to make some more.

Looks great! Is that called a folded star? I think I have this pattern somewhere.

I have been looking for this pattern forever and a day to make some gifts for the nurses I work with. Please help! Can you share..Or tell me how round that initial circle is. I think I can figure out the rest! I would appreciate it soo much. Laurie

Also, what do you use for the middle batting? Cotton like Warm and Natural or Insulbrite????
