How do you make your labels? Size, details you put on the label,
how/when you attach it, etc. Do you keep other documentation on your
quilts?

The type of label and size depends on the quilt -- sometimes I use the computer to generate a label and sometimes I write the label in my own handwriting. Last year, I had 3 young ladies close to us that graduated from high school. I made each of them a lap quilt and on the labels I put a picture of them. I thought that would be a great way to remember how they looked when they graduated. The picture to the right is one of the labels from the graduation quilts.
